Secret Millionaire visits Oxfordshire

ENRYCH Oxfordshire are delighted to be featured in a new episode of The Secret Millionaire, Channel 4’s award winning documentary shown at 9pm on Monday evenings.

Arfan Razak - or Raz as he likes to be called - posed undercover as a taxi driver and amateur chef getting work experience during the filming of the program. Raz made his fortune through his successful restaurant and growing property portfolio. Twenty years ago Raz was involved in a serious road accident; he suffered multiple breaks, had numerous operations and spent 18 months in and out of a wheelchair, and this is what drew him to the important work that ENRYCH does.

Raz said "it reminded me of my accident and feeling helpless, alone and sometimes life was not worth living. These guys have shown me life is for living, not for dwelling on the past and how I should have embraced every day"

The episode featuring ENRYCH was aired on Monday 28th May, 9pm on Channel 4 and again on Wednesday 18th July 9pm on More 4

Raz's generous donation is being used towards much needed social events and days out. The ENRYCH service is made possible through charitable donations and fundraising. To make a donation to further the great work, you can donate via this website or by by sending a cheque made payable to ENRYCH Oxfordshire to ENRYCHDidcot Enterprise Park, Didcot.
