What we do

Set up by Leonard Cheshire in 1986, ENRYCH supports adults with a physical disability to engage more fully within their local communities. We provide this service through our UK branches by "matching" our members' requirements to the skills and interests of volunteers and personal assistants.

By facilitating these "matched" leisure and learning opportunities, we have created opportunities for our members to:

  • Develop greater levels of independence
  • Improve emotional wellbeing
  • Improve confidence
  • Feel less isolated
  • Enjoy new experiences
  • Access local services
  • Meet new people

Where your money goes nationally

ENRYCH's policy is that the maximum amount of money raised on behalf of the organisation goes directly into the projects that we facilitate for our members; in other words, into funding leisure and learning opportunities.
