Meet The Team

Liz Rickaby: Chief Executive 

Liz Rickaby - CEOFollowing 20 years in the Third Sector predominantly focused on developing and managing programmes which support people with disabilities in work, Liz brings a wealth of experience in business development, fundraising and operational management to her role as Chief Executive.  

Although her priority is to ensure that Enrych is well positioned to continue its great work and extend its reach to more people, Liz really enjoys having the opportunity to meet individuals supported by Enrych and listen to their feedback so that we can continually improve and develop services that work for them.

Liz Collis: Head of Service 

Liz joined Enrych in 2016 after many years working in health and social care. Liz started as a general nurse progressing to hospital management although more recently worked as a Registered Manager in social care (domiciliary care).

Since joining Enrych Liz has supported the Managers/Teams in Leicestershire/Derbyshire and Oxfordshire.

Liz says "I enjoy the variety that comes with supporting such very different clients, it makes it so rewarding and interesting. It’s always great to see any progress being made”

Amanda Coleman:  Head of Finance

Amanda ColemanAmanda joined Enrych in 2016 having taught computing and trained in accounting. More recently Amanda took over the management of a small local charity – also in the field of disability support.

Since joining Enrych Amanda has worked her way up from Finance Assistant to her current position as Head of Finance, in which she is responsible for the accounts and payroll for the organisation. 

Amanda says “I really enjoy working for Enrych – everyone is really friendly and I feel valued as me, rather than a person with disabilities.”

Raegan Birley: Office Manager

Raegan BirleyRaegan joined Enrych in September 2017 as Finance Administrator after working for a large high street bank for 16 years.

Raegan has continued to work as our Finance Administrator and more recently has taken on the Office Manager role in the Enrych office.


Bev Cowley: Business Development Manager

Bev joined Enrych in 2017 starting as Administrator, but quickly moved to PA Manager in Leicestershire. 

Bev is now applying her extensive marketing experience to undertake business development on behalf of Enrych.   Her role focusses on promoting and marketing the service, building new partnerships and seeking new opportunities to grow the impact of Enrych services.

Bev is very much a people person and really enjoys exploring new opportunities to improve what we do, watching client’s confidence and independence grow; being able to achieve goals and developing people’s skills is really important to her. 

Fiona Hopewell: PA Manager 

Fee joined Enrych in 2017 after several  years working in social care – most recently with Assistive Technology for Leicestershire County Council.

Fee supports the day to day work in both Leicestershire and Derbyshire for PA’s and Clients, which includes completing initial assessments and working with various health care professionals to ensure person centred support is delivered.  

Fee says "I really enjoys seeing the success of the partnerships I have forged between clients and their PA’s,  particularly with regard to the independence this enables and the goals clients are empowered to achieve."

Jo Hickey: PA Manager 

Jo joined Enrych in 2019 after years of working in Social Care, both here in the UK and in New Zealand.

Jo supports the day to day work of the Oxford service – part time, so has retained a role as PA (Personal Assistant) as well.

Jo says "I enjoy being PA manager,  especially as we develop and grow the service in this area. The PAs and clients bring a wealth of diversity, knowledge and humour, which further enhances my role."

Tracy Moore: PA Manager 

Tracy first joined Enrych as a PA in 2015; a role which she thoroughly enjoyed.  Tracy has gone on to support Enrych in a number of roles and most recently taken up the role of PA Manager.  She is very much looking foward to meeting new clients and setting up partnerships with PAs to enable them to maintain their independence and achieve their social outcomes.

Rebecca Linder: Administrative Assistant

Rebecca joined the Enrych team in 2020 and quickly became a key member of the Enrych team, liaising directly with clients and PAs to ensure the smooth running of services. 

Rebecca has a keen interest in financial administration and has taken up further training to enhance her financial skills. Rebecca says "I love working for Enrych because having worked for other organisations, it’s nice to finally work for a company that not only focuses on the wellbeing of the clients but also the staff" 

Maisy Weston: Administrative Apprentice 

Maisy joined the Enrych team in 2020 as an Apprentice.   Maisy is looking forward to the opportunity to be part of a team proving such a valuable service to adults living with disabilities. 

She is proud to be working with a charity which helps people to enjoy their lives to the full.   The Team is looking forward to supporting Maisy with her training and career development.
