Meet The Team

Liz Rickaby: Chief Executive 

Following 20 years in the Third Sector predominantly focused on developing and managing programmes which support people with disabilities in work, Liz brings a wealth of experience in business development, fundraising and operational management to her role as Chief Executive.

Although her priority is to ensure that Enrych is well positioned to continue its great work and extend its reach to more people, Liz really enjoys having the opportunity to meet individuals supported by Enrych and listen to their feedback so that we can continually improve and develop services that work for them.

Amanda Coleman: Head of Finance

Amanda joined Enrych in 2016 having taught computing and trained in accounting. More recently Amanda took over the management of a small local charity – also in the field of disability support.Since joining Enrych Amanda has worked her way up from Finance Assistant to her current position as Head of Finance, in which she is responsible for the accounts and payroll for the organisation. Amanda says “I really enjoy working for Enrych – everyone is really friendly and I feel valued as me, rather than a person with disabilities.”

Liz Collis: Head of Quality, Compliance and Impact  

Liz joined Enrych in 2016 after many years working in health and social care. Starting as a general nurse Liz progressed into hospital management although more recently worked as a Registered Manager in social care (domiciliary care).

Since joining Enrych Liz has supported the Managers/Teams in Leicestershire/Derbyshire and Oxfordshire, but has now moved to a role to focus on quality, working with others in the Team to sustain and build a high quality, respected service. Liz says "It is great to see how Enrych has evolved over the years and I look forward to supporting future developments as Enrych continues to grow to meet the changing requirements of our Client group."

Bev Cowley: Head of Community Development

Bev joined Enrych in 2017 and is now applying her extensive marketing experience to undertake business development on behalf of Enrych. Her role focusses on promoting and marketing the service, building new partnerships and seeking new opportunities to grow the impact of Enrych services.

Bev is very much a people person and really enjoys exploring new opportunities to improve what we do, watching client’s confidence and independence grow; being able to achieve goals and developing people’s skills is really important to her.

Fiona Hopewell: Client Services Manager

Fiona joined Enrych in 2017 after several  years working in social care – most recently with Assistive Technology for Leicestershire County Council.

Fiona supports the day to day work in both Leicestershire and Derbyshire for PA’s and Clients, which includes completing initial assessments and working with various health care professionals to ensure person centred support is delivered.  Fiona says "I really enjoys seeing the success of the partnerships I have forged between clients and their PA’s,  particularly with regard to the independence this enables and the goals clients are empowered to achieve."

Tracy Moore: Client Services Manager 

Tracy first joined Enrych as a PA in 2015; a role which she thoroughly enjoyed.  Tracy has gone on to support Enrych in a number of roles and most recently taken up the role of PA Manager.  She is very much looking foward to meeting new clients and setting up partnerships with PAs to enable them to maintain their independence and achieve their social outcomes.

Raegan Birley: Head of People and Purpose

Raegan joined Enrych in September 2017 as Finance Administrator after working for a large high street bank for 16 years.Raegan has continued to work as our Finance Administrator and more recently has taken on the Office Manager role in the Enrych office. Raegan manages the office admin team and supports the PA Managers with the operational side of the business.

Karl Davies: Project Lead-Social Activity

Karl joined Enrych in 2021 as a PA and has gained invaluable experience from directly supporting those we serve. Karl joined the Community Development team in August 2021 bringing his passion to develop the activities on offer for vulnerable adults living with disabilities in the community. Karl supports Bev Cowley in all aspects of Community Development within the organisation.

Maisy Weston: Administrator

Maisy joined the Enrych team in 2020 as an Apprentice.   Maisy is enjoying to being part of a team proving such a valuable service to adults living with disabilities.

She is proud to be working with a charity which helps people to enjoy their lives to the full.   The Team is enjoying supporting Maisy with her training and career development.

Shannon Loveridge: Administrative Assistant

Shannon joined Enrych in 2020. Shannon had previously worked in admin.

Shannon says" I love working for Enrych because we stand for something important. We help the smallest of voices be heard Enrych is close to my heart as I have a 7 year old nephew who has epilepsy, autism and ADHD. I enjoy working in the office and hearing the success stories from our PA's."

Abbie Davies: Client Services Lead 

Abbie Davies joined Enrych in 2020 as Administrator for all aspects of the volunteer services, Abbie has worked in Health & Social Care for 8 years in a variety of different roles and feels that with the experience she has gained she can make a real difference. Abbie says "I am a huge people person, and enjoy creating relationships with everyone, whilst putting the support in place which members are asking for.”

Sam Killip: Administration Assistant

Sam joined Enrych in 2021 and his focus is social media and researching opportunities through national initiatives.  Sam said " My decision to join ENRYCH was a very simple decision for me to make. I jumped at the chance to join the organisation because since this start of the Covid-19 pandemic, they have increased my social connectivity and my confidence to get involved so that I built up my sense of self again. I am looking forward to working on some of the projects Enrych has in the pipeline".

Lucy Matchett: Administrative Assistant

Lucy joined Enrych in 2021 to assist the support services team. Lucy said "I love being part of such friendly team working to reduce social isolation in the community. I take pride in being a part of a company who are working hard to support adults living with disabilities to lead active and independent lives.

Lucy Richards: Operations Manager (L & D)

Lucy oversees all volunteer services and is well known to many as she has been involved with Enrych for almost 10 years, as a PA, as a volunteer, and as most recently a volunteer trustee. Lucy says “Enrych is a charity close to my heart and I am determined to continue the good work that has been done over many years.”

Laura Crook: Community Engagement Co-ordinator (L&D)

Laura joined Enrych in 2020 but for the past fourteen years she has worked in a church environment. One of the things she loved most about her job was meeting people from all walks of life and being in a place where people would come to if they needed help or support. "I am so excited to have been able to join the Enrych team and I’m really looking forward to meeting and getting to know all the wonderful volunteers and members and supporting them in whatever way I can!”

Lucy Edge: Events Co-ordinator (L&D)

Lucy's role encompasses the groups, activities and outings that we already have along with responding to the changing environment by developing new groups and activities where there are needs and gaps in provision. Lucy has several years’ experience in both the private and corporate events sector, organising and hosting a number of conferences and events throughout the UK. Lucy first came to Enrych in 2016 as a PA, a role which she loved. Lucy says "I am very excited to help Enrych grow with a variety of both virtual and face to face events that our members would like.”

Nilesha Mistry: Connect Trainer

Nilesha worked for a corporate organisation as a software trainer and training content creator for 17 years before joining Enrych in 2020. Most of the training she provided was either face-to-face training or remote training. She also has experience in creating content in the form of instructional videos that enabled users to self-learn at their own pace. Nilesha says "I am really excited to be working for Enrych and hopefully I can bring my experience and knowledge to helping their members get connected".

Jasmine Bridges: Connect Trainer

Jasmine graduated in 2020, she also worked as a carer in the community for 2 years supporting a number of individuals with complex needs. "I love working for Enrych because I get to meet lots of lovely people that are so grateful for our support - everybody is so different, and they have some amazing stories to tell".
