Enrych Works to reduce social isolation

Enrych has recently added a range of new regular and one-off events in attempt to bring people back together after the festive season and continue to reduce social isolation amongst the most vulnerable members of the community.

After being awarded funding from NHS Charities Together last year Enrych have provided a programme of inclusive events to improve general and mental health and wellbeing. Bev Cowley, Head of Community Development said "There really is something for everyone, whether it is a regular fitness class where they can meet like-minded people and learn new things, or it is a one-off event simply bringing people together, we are working hard to ensure we are offering a varied range of activities which changes regularly." Bev continued "We know that people want a choice, so our programme offers activities indoors and out and we have partnered with organisations such as TCV (The Conservation Volunteers), Wildminds and Forest Nature Therapy East Midlands to call on their wealth of knowledge and experience"

Information relating to all activities can be found here. For more information call 01530 832926 or email here.
