Following 20 years in the Third Sector predominantly focused on developing and managing programmes which support people with disabilities in work, Liz brings a wealth of experience in business development, fundraising and operational management to her role as Chief Executive.

Although her priority is to ensure that Enrych is well positioned to continue its great work and extend its reach to more people, Liz really enjoys having the opportunity to meet individuals supported by Enrych and listen to their feedback so that we can continually improve and develop services that work for them.
