Michael Chirwa-Goacher

Service Co-Ordinator

Mick left school at 16 and joined Derbyshire Police, retiring after 32yrs, as a sergeant. He then entered the world of education becoming a lecturer in Uniformed Public Services. As the father of a young boy, he realised that he was missing out on his childhood and moved to support young people with learning difficulties (essentially autism & anxiety). Mick then discovered Enrych and in February 2022 began working as a PA.

"I loved the role that much, I wanted to know more about Enrych as an organisation so took on my current role. I love the people I work with, I love helping to make a difference and am looking forward to the next stage in my life’s journey working with the world’s most important resource, people. Everyone deserves the chance to show their full potential."
