Success Stories

Client
Ayden
Ayden has undergone massive personal development since joining Enrych. He has gone from only communicating when necessary to actively engaging in conversations with others and attending community events!

Client
Greg
Greg wanted to volunteer in a charity
shop, his support worker reached out to multiple stores and eventually came across one that he felt comfortable enough in. It took a few weeks to build up Greg's confidence for a visit, during this time his support worker introduced him to the manager and explained Greg's preferences. The outcome was fantastic, Greg now enjoys going to work, making new friends and is a valuable member of this team!

Support Worker
Katerina
Katerina goes above and beyond to support our clients and assists them in achieving their goals. She has supported 3 of her clients to get into employment and has continued to support them whilst settling into work.

Client
Henry
Henry, took the initiative to contact an airsoft facility and inquired about the possibility of creating 3D parts for them. Upon their response, which included a request for CAD drawings, Henry, well-versed in the skill, arranged an initial meeting. Recognizing the need for support, he asked his support worker to accompany him. Acting as Henry's voice, the support worker assists in communication, keeps track of his hours, and ensures he stays on course during breaks.

Client
Nicola
Nicola has regular support enabling her to get active and swim every week, something she would not be able to do without support. Nicola and her support worker Tracey recently did a sponsored 50 length swim raising £260 for Enrych! With the money raised Nicola along with Tracey planned a pantomime trip inviting everyone from the Enrych family to attend.

Client & Support Worker
Craig & Martyn
Craig and Martyn regularly get out and give back to their community. Craig has a passion for forestry, regularly planting trees and plants, as well as litter picking in the local area!

Client
Rachel
Rachel wanted to work as a chambermaid, which led her support worker Katerina to reach out to local hotels on her behalf. After some time job searching they found a hotel which was very welcoming and offered Rachel a job! She was delighted and now works very happily accompanied by Katerina.
Initially, Rachel and Katerina worked along side each other to ease her into the role. Now Rachel fulfils all her tasks independently but still prefers to have Katerina close by. Rachel has benefited in so many ways by being supported into work and being part of a team. The hotel is very pleased with her work.

Support Worker
Anita
Our mission is to positively impact our clients lives through personal development and engaging within the community. Anita has done exactly that, supporting one of our clients to get out of the house, who was very anxious to do so as they haven't accessed the community in years.

Sam
Sam started his journey with Enrych in April 2021. His support worker provided him with social interaction within the community and confidence building. His blogs about Dyspraxia and mental health were recognised by Liz (CEO of Enrych) and Karl (Head of Community Development) and he was given the opportunity to write for Enrych! With newly gained confidence Sam spoke at the Morningside Arena, Leicester on World Mental Health Day 2022. He is passionate about Disability Employment and is now providing employability coaching for others, as well as regularly presenting to businesses helping them to understand that having disabled people in the workplace will be an asset to their companies.
