Evening - In Home & Community Support Worker

£13.00 per hour

Enrych is currently recruiting a Support Worker to provide companionship and evening support to a client in their own home.
This role offers 3–4 hours split over Thursday & Friday evenings, providing valuable companionship and social support. There may also be opportunities to take on additional hours with other clients if desired.
No previous care experience is required – full training and ongoing support will be provided.
What You'll Be Doing
This is primarily a companionship-based role, helping to reduce isolation and provide social interaction during the evenings.
You may be:

Providing companionship and conversation.

Offering emotional support and encouragement.

Sharing hobbies, interests, or activities.

Supporting the client to access their local community where appropriate.

Assisting with light household tasks if required.

Helping the client maintain independence and confidence.

Please note: This role does not involve personal care, administering medication, washing, dressing, or feeding clients.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred but not essential.
Hours

3–4 hours split over Thursday & Friday evenings
Additional hours may be available with other Enrych clients, depending on your availability and location.
Requirements

Aged 18 or over.

Eligible to work in the UK.

Available Thursday and Friday Evening.

Willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
