Before joining Enrych, Louise felt isolated, lacked confidence and was unsure how she fitted into her local community. With support from Enrych, she began attending activities including the Feel Good Café, Boccia, trips and wellbeing workshops, helping her build confidence, develop new skills and form meaningful friendships.
Louise has also taken exciting steps towards greater independence, including learning cooking and gardening skills and volunteering at LOROS, where she helps in the charity shop and enjoys being part of a team.
Today, Louise feels more confident, connected and involved in her community — showing the positive difference the right support and opportunities can make.
