Every person’s situation is different, and a one-size-fits-all approach simply doesn’t work. Regardless of how your

support would be funded, our one-to-one support service is designed to offer bespoke assistance, crafted around

your personal needs and goals. Whether you require support with daily activities, managing your mental health, or accessing the community and everything in between!

Our Approach

We are committed to a person-centred approach, ensuring that your voice is heard and your preferences are respected. Our support workers are not only highly trained professionals but also compassionate individuals who genuinely care about your well-being. We work collaboratively with you, your family, and other professionals involved in your care to create a supportive environment that promotes growth, recovery or both.

How it Works?

  1. Quick call to understand your goals

  2. In‑home visit and tailored plan

  3. Meet your PA and agree days/times

  4. Review at 6 weeks to ensure it’s working for you

Prices (from 1st April 2026)

Standard hours

  • (Mon–Fri 8–6): £26/hour

  • Mileage (if applicable, agreed in advance): 45p/mile

If you are unsure how your support would be funded, you may wish to contact your local Adult Social Care team to request an assessment. Depending on your individual circumstances, you may be eligible for financial support towards your care. This can help make accessing the right level of support more manageable.
