Enrych supports people with disabilities, long-term health conditions, poor mental health, and caring responsibilities to live independently and achieve what matters most to them. Enrych provides privately funded and statutory-funded support across Leicestershire & Rutland; helping people remain active, connected and confident at home and in their communities. Enrych can also support family carers by providing practical assistance, respite and peace of mind.

Independent Living Support (Self Funded)
Flexible, personalised support purchased directly by individuals and families
Whether someone does not qualify for social care funding, is waiting for support to be arranged, or simply wants more choice and flexibility, Enrych can help.
Support can include:
Accessing community activities, groups and social opportunities
Attending appointments and meetings / Help with forms, correspondence and everyday organisation / Building confidence and independence
Reducing loneliness and social isolation / Establishing routines and achieving personal goals / Meal preparation and day-to-day practical support
Light household tasks / Support to access volunteering, training or employment opportunities
Support for family carers can include:
Regular respite breaks / Support that enables loved ones to remain active and independent / Reduced caring pressures / Flexible arrangements tailored around family circumstances
Reliable support without the need for a statutory assessment
Self-funded support available from £26 per hour
Support at Home (Adult Social Care Funded Support)
Practical support funded through Adult Social Care following assessment
Support at Home focuses on helping people remain safe, healthy and independent within their own homes by providing assistance with agreed practical tasks.
Support can include:
Meal and drink preparation / Laundry and household cleaning
Deep cleaning and hygiene maintenance / Organising clothing and personal living spaces / Light gardening and home maintenance tasks
Support with letters, paperwork and correspondence / Attending appointments
Encouragement and motivation to complete daily living tasks
Support for family carers can include:
Practical assistance that eases caring responsibilities / Opportunities for carers to attend appointments or take a break / Reassurance that loved ones are supported safely at home
SAH helps people maintain their independence and wellbeing
while reducing the risk of increasing support needs
Personal Assistant (PA) Services (Outcome-Focused Funded Support)
Flexible support tailored to individual goals and outcomes
Our Personal Assistant service helps people develop skills, access opportunities and achieve greater independence in daily life.
Support can include:
Shopping and budgeting / Meal planning and healthy living / Developing independent living skills / Community access and social inclusion / Education, volunteering and employment support / Public transport training and travel confidence / Medication prompting and prescription collection
Building confidence and resilience / Maintaining personal safety and reducing vulnerability to abuse or exploitation
PA Services focus on helping people achieve meaningful outcomes
