What is Enrych?
Enrych is a charity that supports people living with poor mental health, neurodiversity or disabilities achieve their personal goals and to live the life they choose. We provide personalised support services, wellbeing activities, employability support, and companion cleaning services across Leicestershire and surrounding areas.

Who can access Enrych services?
Our services are designed for adults with a disability, long-term health condition, poor mental health or neurodiversity.

How do I sign up or refer someone?
You can self-refer or be referred by a professional. Fill in our online enquiry form or call us to get started.

Support Service
What does our Support Service offer?
Our Support Workers are here to support people with day-to-day tasks, social interaction, accessing their community, achieving personal goals, or simply providing friendly companionship.

Is there a waiting list?
Depending on demand in your area, there may be a short waiting time. Please contact us for the latest information.
How is the Support Service funded?
Many people fund their support through a Personal Budget or Direct Payment Card. We can help you explore your options.

Employability Service
What is the Employability Service?
We support disabled and neurodiverse individuals to gain the confidence, skills, and experience to find and sustain employment. This could include CV writing, interview preparation, work placements, and mentoring.
Do you work with employers?
Yes! We collaborate with inclusive employers and advocate for workplace accessibility and adjustments.
How much does the service cost?
Our employability service is free to individuals, thanks to funding partnerships.

What kind of wellbeing activities do you run?
We offer weekly activity sessions. They are the following:
Every Tuesday - 9:30am-12:30pm - Feel Good Café
Every Thursday - 11:30am-1:30pm - Boccia & Multisport

Do I need to book?
No, booking is not required just come along!
Are activities open to carers and family members too?
Yes! Come along with a carer, family member or friend.

Companion Cleaning Service
What is the Companion Cleaning Service?
Our Companion Cleaning Service offers cleaning with a friendly face! It combines household help with company — ideal for those who may feel isolated or struggle to manage tasks alone.
What tasks are included?
Typical tasks include vacuuming, dusting, washing up, tidying, light laundry, and general household support — always tailored to the client’s needs.
Is it different from a regular cleaning company?
Yes — our service is built around companionship as well as practical support. Our trusted cleaners take time to chat and build positive relationships with clients.
How do I arrange this service?
Simply get in touch! We’ll arrange a home visit to discuss your needs and match you with a suitable team member.
