We are incredibly proud to announce that Enrych has been named a 2026 Weston Charity Award winner, recognising our commitment to supporting disabled adults to build confidence, independence and meaningful connections within their communities.
Chosen from more than 180 charities across the Midlands, Wales and the North of England, Enrych is one of just 22 charities to receive this prestigious award.
As part of the award, Enrych will receive a support package worth more than £22,000, including a £6,500 grant from the Garfield Weston Foundation and access to Pilotlight 360—an eight-month leadership and strategic development programme valued at around £16,000.
Through Pilotlight 360, our leadership team will work alongside experienced business professionals who will provide expert coaching and guidance on areas such as income diversification, long-term sustainability and strategic growth. This support will help strengthen Enrych for the future, ensuring we can continue making a lasting difference to the lives of disabled adults and their families.
Rob, CEO of Enrych, said:
"Winning a Weston Charity Award is a huge honour for Enrych. This investment comes at an exciting time as we continue to grow our services and reach more disabled adults across our communities. The funding and expert support will help us strengthen our long-term sustainability, develop new opportunities and ensure we can continue empowering people to live independent, fulfilling lives for many years to come."
The Weston Charity Awards support ambitious frontline charities by combining unrestricted funding with expert mentoring and strategic support, helping organisations build resilience and increase their impact.
Since launching in 2014, more than 180 charities have benefited from the programme, with 100% of participating charity leaders reporting a positive impact on the effectiveness of their senior management teams.
This award is a fantastic milestone for Enrych and would not be possible without the dedication of our staff, volunteers, supporters, funders and the people we work alongside every day. Thank you for being part of our journey.
We look forward to sharing how this exciting opportunity helps shape the future of Enrych.
