Weekend Lunch Time - In Home & Community Support Worker
Loughborough (LE11) Weekends (2hrs)
£13.00 per hour

Enrych is currently recruiting a Support Worker to provide support to a client over the weekend, helping them remain independent and enjoy everyday activities.
This role offers 2 hours per weekend, split across Saturday and Sunday lunchtime calls, with the opportunity to take on additional hours if desired.
No previous care experience is required – full training and ongoing support will be provided.
What You'll Be Doing
You will be supporting an adult in their own home and local community with tasks such as:

Providing companionship and emotional support.

Assisting with meal preparation and lunchtime support.

Supporting hobbies, interests, and social activities.

Helping with shopping and appointments where required.

Supporting with household tasks, including light cleaning and tidying.

Encouraging independence and helping the client achieve their personal goals.

Please note: This role does not involve personal care, administering medication, washing, dressing, or feeding clients.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred but not essential.
Hours
This role offers 2 hours per weekend, covering Saturday and Sunday lunchtime support sessions.
If you're looking for additional work, there may also be opportunities to support other clients and increase your hours based on your availability.
Requirements

Aged 18 or over.

Eligible to work in the UK.

Willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
