A small, friendly and supportive group, typically attended by 5–10 people, offering a welcoming environment for individuals with higher support needs. Sessions are fully tailored to each person, with bespoke 1-to-1 support to help participants choose what they would like to do and take part at their own pace.
The wheelchair and mobility-friendly venue provides a comfortable space to enjoy gentle physical activity, explore different interests, improve wellbeing and build friendships. Every session is person-centred, giving individuals the choice and flexibility to make the experience their own.
