Join Our Board of Trustees – Help Shape a Fairer, More Inclusive Society
Enrych has been empowering disabled people to live with purpose for 40 years. We provide tailored support, employability programmes, and community activities that break down barriers to independence and inclusion. Last year alone, we supported over 300 individuals and delivered 47,000 hours of one-to-one support.
We’re now looking for new trustees to join our Board and help us deliver transformational change. Our strategy is ambitious: closing the disability employment gap, diversifying income streams, harnessing digital innovation (including AI), and influencing policy to change attitudes.
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from people who share our passion for inclusion and can bring strategic insight and specialist expertise. In particular, we’re keen to hear from individuals with experience in:

Digital strategy and AI development

Fundraising and marketing

Communications and stakeholder engagement
-
Equity, diversity, and inclusion
We actively encourage applications from underrepresented groups, including younger people, ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those with lived experience of disability.
What’s Involved

Four Board meetings per year (in-person or online)

Occasional involvement in sub-committees or working groups

A term of 3 years (renewable up to two further terms)

Trustee onboarding and expenses reimbursed
