Sean has enjoyed a wide variety of sports and activities from a young age, playing football from age six right up until his recent retirement from the game. He was also a committed member of a local judo club and proudly represented the East Midlands at the Special Olympics in 2009, where he achieved remarkable success, bringing home two gold medals, one individually and one as part of a team.
More recently, Sean has been an active participant in sessions run by Enrych and Whitwick Leisure Centre, taking part in boccia and badminton. He's seen real improvement in both sports, something he finds incredibly rewarding.
Sean is always ambitious and enjoys staying active. He embraces new opportunities, enjoys learning fresh skills, and always approaches challenges with a positive attitude. His latest adventure is learning to fish, a hobby he is excited to explore more in the future.
For Sean, taking part in activity is about more than sport, it's about community. Being part of the Enrych group gives him the chance to try new things, push himself, and enjoy a fantastic social environment where he can meet others and share experiences.
